i have taken godrej 310 ltrs fridge 3.5 years back , it was working fine until one day a month back , i had complaint in the godrej cust care regarding my fridge not getting cool, technician mubin from godrej smartcare – dombivli came to my home and rectified it by replacing the part called relay switch and charged around Rs 950 for it. after around 8 days my fridge stopped working this time fully stoped , i complained again and again mubin came and rectified it by replacing fuse in the fridge. after 2 days of replacing the fuse on 4th August 2013 early morning at 4 am my fridge caught fire and my whole house was in dark smoke, we however couragesly blowed out the fire and the same morning again complaint to godrej cust care , the complaint no- B0408335421 dated 4/8/13, the technician mibin visited same day and said he will come back tomm with the investigation team, he came on 5th aug with his sr. technician/investigator and after investigating everthing they made a report and told me to contact mr. ketan after 1 day, i contacted mr. ketan on 9820995126 on 7th aug and he said my fridge would be replaced with the same model or higher model, i am in continous touch with mr. ketan till today 20th aug 2013 nothing has happened, mr. ketan is saying the fridge model is not available with them right now so they cannot replace it and refusing to give time frame to replace it, they have the higher model for which they say i have to pay around Rs. 15000 extra which i refused, i spoke to his senior mr. yagnesh on 9821475595, he says godrej is not responsible for the incident and the co. is not binded to replace the fridge, although as a good will we will try and replace the fridge as soon as we get the same model. but again not giving the time frame, i am very much disturbed by the kind of service godrej is providing, each day without fridge is like we are living in ancient days, we are facing a lot of problem bcoz of non- functioning of the fridge, requesting you to pls look into this matter and get me my fridge replaced as soon as possible , as each passing day its getting tougher and tougher to live without fridge , specially for the ladies in the house.

1) the fridge needs to be replaced immedieatly without any delay. 2 fridge caught fire on 4th august and i complainned on the same day , to resolve the complaint i can understand co. taking 10 days to resolve it but still not resolved , so after 14th aug 2013 , every passing day the emotional stress we are facing due to non functioning of fridge Rs. 1000 per day after 14th aug 2013 till the problem is resolved. 3)the painting cost to be incurred for Repainting of hall and kitchen.
