Sir, I purchased the Godrej Fridge from authorized Godrej dealer(G Place, Contai) on Dated 23-05-2010. Due to cooling related problem we called for service and the service was done by Godrej Smart Care(Pahari Appliances, Contai) on dated 05-04-2014. After 10 days of service the fridge stopped working and we called them again, they told us that the compressor has damaged and it will be replaced by the company as it is in the warranty period. After that we called them several times for replacement but till date they did not replace it. We are suffering a lot.

kindly help us such that the compressor of the fridge can be replaced as soon as possible.
