Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchase Godrej Fridge from Next Electronic Showroom from Gandhidham, Kutch, Gujarat on 31st March 2014. Within 2 Days lamp of the Fridge was not working. I have register complaint in Godrej appliances. Complaint no. 625259 on 02nd April, 2014. Also Contacted twice on phone. But still the issue is not resolved. Also as per one of the local service provider of Godrej company, spoken rudly on phone and said that we are giving services but it is not mandatory to provide.

Dear Sir/Madam, I want to replace the new Fridge from the company, as i feel that demage piece was given to me. Because, 1. when we open the fridge, one sealed box for fruit was also demaged but later on replaced by service provider.( Next Electronic Shoowroom ). 2. The main stand of the Godrej was also demanged but later on replaced by service provider ( Next Electronic Shoowroom ). 3. Lamp issue is still not resolved even after registering complaint on 02/04/2014. Complaint no. 625259.
