Hello Team, I purchased Godrej res your help to Refrigerator on 4th Jan,2014. For some time it worked fine Few days back i am getting problem about the door not getting completely closed due to no proper gripping. i lodged the complaint on Godrej customer care. the person visited and told that it is the issue of gripping and it will be not covered under warranty. I told why it will not be covered as it is not damaged, rotten or any other issue. Team, requires your help to resolve the issue as without gripping the refrigerator is of no use.

I want the godrej team to make my refrigerator in working condition and the door gets closed with proper gripping.
