Sahani Jul 20 03:14 PM It is out of certain confidence that we purchase products from well established companies, but to our dismay, the callousness towards their consumers is something that is beyond irritating. It has been close to 90 days that I purchased a refrigerator from Godrej (details of the purchase mentioned below). Since the installation, there is an issue with the temperature control which has led to water to overflow from the freezer area on a daily basis. Despite my escalation to the service centre, who every time promise me resolution, there has been no definite solution to my problem. Being senior citizens, the effort of cleaning the refrigerator everyday is a daunting task in itself. Given the gravity of the situation, I would like you to replace the existing refrigerator with a new one. I hope this complaint is heard and addressed to at the earliest.
