Hi DEAR SIR/ MADAM, i”ve purchased samsung washing machine [ fully automatic- top loaded machine ] last 11th Feb. 2013 from lucknow utter Pradesh. After used more than 1 year I have observed that many clothes getting fed & few clothes got damaged by my washing machine. Regarding the same issue I have logged complaint with Samsung on 24 Feb 2014. (8451417320) Engineer visited at my home I have shown to him Fed & damage clothes & he has taken snaps to escalate the issue with higher level. Engineer suggested to me that please try to change your using detergent powder (RIN Advance to Surf Excel) meanwhile I am escalating your issue with higher level. I have followed his suggestion 2 months periods after that I have analysed problem is persist after that I again logged the complaints no (8451417320 )with Samsung on below dates. 1st April 2014 but Issue closed without communicating with me. 2nd June 2014 but Issue closed without communicating with me 1st July 2014 they called me for appointment but no visited 6th July 2014 I have logged complaint on Samsung and talked with senior level ( Mr.Vikas) he assured to me for resolution but still no response from Service Center. 8th July 2014 again called to know status of my request but reply is always same. After several request as consumer I got fed-up with service centre & Samsung too. Again After several requested finally engineer visited at my home on 14/07/2014 but he told me he visiting to check only for damage clothes no other typo issue with high ego. As per your engineer shared feedback there is no any fault in product but I want clear here to visited engineer I have shown the all clothes those got faded by machine more than 10 clothes.
