The washing machine started mal-functioning after a few months of purchase. I had to lodge repeated complaints and every time the machine was repaired by the local service station of the company at Jamnagar, soon the problem would recur. There has been no permanent solution as yet. The company is not responding to my repeated emails, either.

The purpose for which the washing machine was purchased has not been accomplished since it has not been working properly. This is a case of gross deficiency in service.
