Dear Team, Apropos to your mail, I have not receive the Flight ticket booked for Kolkata to Guwahati traveling dated 7-Dec-2018. But, amount have been deducted from my Bank account on 3-Dec-2018 Rs. 5688.00/- time was 16:51 hrs. Please let me know why customer have to suffer this kind of issue. It was a technical fault from your end only then why I have to wait for my refundable amount for 24-48hrs.
