I have made a International flight ticket booking using SBI Bank Credit Card. As per offer that, I was supposed to receive cashback of Rs. 2000 on this booking on 30th June if I pay by SBI Bank credit card. When I contacted Goibibo, they said you have not applied coupon code. Now goibibo is refusing to pay my cashback as per them I have not applied coupon code. I am 100% sure I have followed all the steps mentioned on there website. If steps states to use coupon code then I must have applied that since I have cross checked with them after making a booking.

My Cashback should be provided as promised. I was getting same tickets 1000Rs cheaper on other website but because of this cashback, I have booked it via GoIbibo.
