Hi, I booked a bus ticket through goibibo.com. But unexpectedly bus has been cancelled because of seats r not filled.i paided 1999/-rs through my kotak bank.can u refund my money back to my bank..

I have cancelled my bus ticket that was booked from chennai to udumalaipet in hindustan travels thru redbus.in. but refund amount Rs.765 yet not credited in my account but i got a message regarding that. it been already 20 days. TIN : TGAK27873537
