I had booked a flight ticket (booking id-N6EZ41V4F)through Goibibo for three passengers(Shanki,Vittal, Prateek) I did a cancellation on return journey for Prateek and Vittal. While we did get the refund for Mr Prateek. The refund for Vittal is still pending. We called the customer support 4-5 times in this regard. They assured us of the refund in a 10-15 working days but its been more than 60 days and the refund hasn’t been credited to our account.

We want our refund in addition to a heavy penalty so that they adhere to their proposed timelines.
