I have purchased samsung s duos from estore on 9 august 2013 now i am facing auto restart problem in my phone.i went to service center (Ansh Communication,Davi Place old delhi road,Gurgaon) for mobile. the executive has checked my phone and says there is no damage on the mobile but after 10 minutes he was saying the camera glass has broken and the phone is now is out of warranty. on 5august 2014 When i talked to manager( Ajay Verma) of the service center about this he was shouting at me and says that do whatever you want but m not repairing the handset. after that i have written a mail to samsung ceo office but no solution provided by them.

My phone should repair and glass of camera also replace.
