My airtel prepaid sim (7702945xxx)has been de registered 3 days back after 8 months of regular use, though I am using the phone regularly with a recharge of 449 rupees per month for 3G purpose without proper intimation from customer. Even the customer care people and service center people are saying that They also don’t know why the sim has been de registered though my SIM is being recharged regularly
I would like to why my SIM has de registered (As the customer care and service center people are saying they also dont know why it is de registered) and make my SIM reactivate with the previous balance(I made a 449 recharge just four days before of de registration)
