I had booked my bus ticket from delhi to jalandhar for travel date 14th August and travel time 23:55. At around 22:00, I tried to cancel the ticket but the ticket was not getting cancelled due to some flaw in the online system. I tried calling the customer care but my call was not picked at that time. Hence I sent an email to the company with screenshots of the problem in the system, but the company now refuses to refund my amount.

The ticket was worth Rs. 450 and subtracting the goibibo cancellation charges of Rs. 25, I should receive Rs. 425 as return.

I want my Rs. 425 back which I should get as it was a fault in the companies system which was not allowing the cancellation at the time. I have also sent the company screenshots for the same
