Gojavas Courier – Reverse pick up not done

I have problem and concerned with gojavas Courier service, They are designated for reverse pick up for one of my shipment by paytm. But they have picked courier from me which is designated to Homeshop18 wrongly.(I have Homeshop18 also to be reverse picked up, gojavas pickup wrongly tell me that if came from Homeshop18) Reverse pickup Details: Date: Nov 05, 2014 Receipt No. P100000-540058 Reverse pick up Request No. 104182 Picker : RAJU M S Order No. 649672804 In next days when real homeshop18 reverse pick up guy called me for pickup, i realized mistake of Gojavas person came for paytm pickup. I have dropped mail to Gojavas with details and scanned copies of return receipts, but they didn’t turned up. I have called them on Nov 13th and logged complain(#362425) which is not yet resolved. Correct reverse pickup has been done on Dec 16 with following details: Date: Dec 16, 2014 Receipt No. P100000-550277 Reverse pick up Request No. 150908 Picker : RAJU M S Order No. 649672804 Later on December 22, they have created a new complain (#486157). To my surprise on January 21, Customer Executive Mr. Uma Shankar Shukla said they doe not have any records of Complain No #362425 and #486157 and they have created a new complain #114275 Please find attached Reverse pickup slips (Scanned copy) Recordings with customer executives where they are accepting mistakes and promising solution in 48-72 hours, which never happens. Loss of Consignment I made many calls to them, needs refund for them. There customer executives are simply playing and time-pass with me, every call had average time of 20 minutes which accumulates to approximate 300 minutes (5 hours), which comes to Rs. 250.00 3. I wasted my time my official hours to communicating with gojavas customer care expecting resolution which cost USD 180/hour costing of USD 900 (INR 55000). 4. Mental Torture/Frustration , They are cheating on me by giving different story line every time or giving belief to solve issue in next 48-72 hours, but always chats leading to all time high mental torture and frustration. 5. Value of Consignment (INR 2000.00, as beard by me), as Homeshop18 may reject taking it back after 3 months, and product is of no use for me then.
