I am prepaid customer and using gprs 98 plan on my phone no 9179498660 but since last 3 days back the gprs services automaticaly disabled from my phone.
To re enable this service i made a contact to customer care as wel as to customer relation centre at bhilai,Chattisgarh but both responded was very very bad and still i am not able to recover above services.I am not getting any help from airtel to solve my issues bcoz no contact from customer care executive is possible any time due to server busy.

you are requested to look into matter very seriously and enable me for above services as soon as possible.
