Grabhouse property Charging High Electric Bills

I was staying in your property which was: Sec : 22 ,H-18, Noida. I stayed there for about four months. We asked to show the electricity bill of the previous month, they told that there is an issue so electric bill will be delayed, We waited and after four months we didn’t received the bill. We were told that the electricity bill will be deducted from the security deposit but promised that we will receive the bills. I paid the two months security deposit that is 14500 .Its one month after moving out of the property and continuous call we received a mail stating our electricity consumption which almost gave me a heart attack. He has provided me one month bill and previous bill he is asking me to visit to electricity department. Is that how you people treat your customers ,its my right to know the amount I am paying you for adding to this I waited for a month to get my deposit money back ,I am not denying for the genuine deduction.

The electricity bill of the month June and July is way to high according to the consumption as well as all the previous bills to be provide by the Grabhouse.
