Sir on 6th feb 2016 Grab Shopping Deal executive telephone me and asked we have so many products, we are giving discounts and explained about their products. So i have asked about Samsung J7 Mobile cost, He told the market price Rs 15,000/- and our price is Rs 14,664/- we will give 25% discount after discount the amount is around Rs 11,000/- and he told 10% Money back guarantee is also applicable on this product if you book via Debit card through ICICI Payment, later i told i don’t have money right now, Keep cash on delivery mode. He told discount is not applicable on COD Mode. So after listening his words i trusted and booked as he told the online website http://grabshoppingdeals.com and told the process to book the order.

So i have place the order and completed payment process successfully. In telephonic conversation only he told our senior executive will call for confirmation of the order and he will give the order details and order delivery details. After 15 min his senior telephoned and cofirmed me that so and so order placed and with in 7 working days the product will be delivered to my address. After 3 Days i telephoned to customer care and asked is that product dispatched, i have urgency as my brother in law marriage is there. He told with in 7 working days it will dispatch. After that i have called on 13 & 15 of feb 2016. Wheather it is dispatched or not and later i telephoned 3 days continously that is on 17,18 & 19 of feb 2016. He told that product dispatched. I asked dispatch details that is which courier and docket number. He told server is busy i cant give you details. I requested him to telephone to your dispatch section and give the details. He told we cannot call them. Different different stories they are telling. later i telephone to The customer care of same company console the refund will be generated soon several deadline given for the refund but all are fail. Almost 1 month completed sir I lost my patience sir. Totally fraud company. Kindly note that im requesting you to please keep case on them and money back sir.
