I have placed an order on 18 July 2012 vide order no.2202562 on greendust.com. Details are as under : Product : Maharaja Hand Blender HB2506 Order No. 2202562 Date : 18 July, 2012 Gross Order amount : Rs. 1599 Net Order amount : Rs. 1249 Vendor : Greendust.com As product was not available in their stock, they have not delivered that product nor they have processed my refund. Despite of following up with them last two years, they have not processed my refund.

I have neither got product nor refund of Rs. 1599. Total Economic Damages : Rs. 1599 plus mental harassment.
