Hello sir, I am from kashmir and have dropped my cell (Micromax A210; Canvas 4) at The Net Surfe, lalchowk, Srinagar on 31st March, 2014. My cell was still in warranty and the touch was not working. Since than the service centre officials were not able to sort out that glitch in my phone. whenever I went there they give next date with silly excuses. Sir, I have suffered a great loss due to this delay. So, please confirm me that should i talk to my lawyer for consumer court or will there be any immediate action taken in this matter.
