Hi, I would like log a complaint against Groupon India and Eexpressdart. I have placed an order on Oct 21, 2014 under Groupon Code:0010121I8H and it is more than 15 days my order is not yet deliver to me (promise days of delivery were 10 days). I contacted Groupon several times to get my order deliver as soon as possible and raised a complaint under request number 1140955 but then also they are able to provide me only with the courier tracking number. My order was dispatched on Oct 28, 2014 via Eexpressdart (AWB: P21400069104) from Delhi and I also reside in the same city. Its hardly takes a day to deliver the order within the circle but I still waited for some days and now it been more than 7 days the courier company is playing with my order. I also tried to contact them and they use to say you order will be deliver by tomorrow continuously for 6 days and their tomorrow didn’t approached yet. I am really helpless now. A strict action should be taken against Groupon under hurting the customer sentiments and harassing the customer and they should compensate me for this and the licence for the Eexpressdart should get cancel.
