Bought 2 deals online on 30th July 2013 from Groupon India. The package was not as per what was mentioned in the website. The 45 mins promised Spa treatment(at Layana SPA Kolkata) was actually 30 mins of SPA and 15 mins of bath.We paid 900/- for 30 mins spa treatment….on complaining, a lady (seemed to be the owner) told us that the package we bought was simply a “test” package and you can only experience the true SPA feeling if you directly pay us…..we have felt CHEATED that we bought this deal on Groupon

I was cheated by the online portal and the SPA which was part of the programme.

I want the amount to be refunded along with Rs 5000 for the sheer wastage of time (including transportation)
