My Name a Prashant Tripathi, I ma a resident of Noida. I have been using a vodafone prepaid number 9999075318 since last 8 months, which has been churned withour any prior intimation. On visiting Vodafone care, I was told that number has not been in use for a while and hence has been churned..then i was told that it has been deactivated due to invalid activation. I am shocked as I provided my voter ID card as proof. When asked about restoration of number, vodafone staff told me to get the smam number as a Postpiad connection. This is an harassment. as I am working as a consultants and my business rely heavily on my mobile communication. Sir, I request you to see into the matter and assit me in reactivation of my number.
