Let me share you the trauma I have faced recently, I have bought the couple pass voucher from Groupon for 30th Dec 2012 evening party from 3 to 8 PM at Hotel Hindustan International (HHI). After that I have properly did all the formalities mentioned in the voucher. On the event day i.e. 30th Dec 2012. I had to rush from different city to Kolkata, because I had promised my wife to take her for the disco, so didn’t even got the chance to sleep as we had a whole night party on 29th Dec. So, I reached the event location HHI with my wife around 5:30 PM. But at the gate they started asking extra money for late coming which was nowhere mentioned and even they are not agree to provide any evidence for the money (as asked by Groupon executive when I reported them). After an hour of argument the HHI personnel (Vivek and Rishab Jain) didn’t allowed us to enter the venue.

I have to return back with all the misbehavior they have done with my wife and me. The whole day we had to suffer with this trauma. We are still unable to forget the night where we have loose a precious day(30th Dec 2012), money to attend the party, and prestige.

Now, please suggest me what you would expect in return, if you had faced the same situation.
