GRSE Kolkata – Welder Position Not Filled – Compensation

This has the reference to trailing e-mail dated 11 Oct, 2012 posted on the internet at 17:16 Hrs. on the captioned subject. Vide Court Order from the Kolkata District and State Consumer, Directive was clearly given to allow Sri Dipak Bannerjee of Garalgacha for Trade Test, since qualified in the written test and offer him employment in GRSE for the post of journeyman (welder on Contract). “Call Letter” for prescribed written test was sent to the undersigned apropos of advertisement published in “Employment News” dated 24-30 March 2007, and that too after necessary scrutiny of documents, against which Sri Dipak Bannerjee had qualified himself of Trade Test and accordingly ”call letter” for Trade Test bearing No. HR/OPR/253 (JM-UR)/07/52/3547 dated 27 Sep, 07 was booked on01/10/2007 sent to his address directing him to appear before the Trade Test on11 Oct, 07 at 2 P.M and the venue of which was Technical Training Centre, Baranagar situated at 5 Dr R.N.Tagore Road, Kolkata-700 056 The episode of the unemployment story started from this point wherein forreported portal delay, the “Call letter” reached to the undersigned after 22 (Twenty Two) days when “Trade Test”was over, the reason of which was already highlighted by the undersigned in the earlier e-mail.

Meanwhile,lot of persuasion was done by the undersigned but which turned ultimately futile, failing which the undersigned had to knock the District consumer forum seeking justice.Meanwhile,Court proceedings started and the Hon’ble Court has subsequently directed GRSE“ That the complaint is alleged on contest against the OP1 and dismissed against OPNo2 however may consider if an appointment may be given to the complaint to sit for Trade Test now orin future” considering the concept of sending “Call letter” by GRSE Management for Trade Test to the undersigned on 22Oct, 07. 6. Despite the Hon’ble Court Order, tremendous harassment was meted out to an eligible candidate,an example of which could be found from a letter vide No. HR/Legal/09/2154dated 15th Jun, 09, scanned copy of which is annexed along with this e-mail. 7. Runningfrom pillars to post to have judicious decision from the GRSE Management, with even telephonic conversion with the present charge-sheeted GM (HR&A) i.e.,Mr. K.P. Chattoraj by name, who was found involved in the scam of Casual Labour Recruitment as determined by CVC and the same subject is getting circulated vivaciously in GRSE air but no conclusive decision has taken place over the months together and instead Mr. K.P. Chattoraj threatened the undersigned over telephone on several occasions. 8. Withsuch situation on go, Mr. Kalyan Banerjee, Hon’ble MP of Loksabha had written oneletter, using his MP Pad, to Mr. A.K. Antony the Hon’ble Defence Minister(Govt. of India) of 104 South Block, New Delhi with a copy forwarded to the undersigned,seeking Hon’ble Defence Minister’s intervent
