Cobb Apparel’s – Replacement new branded trouser extra charges

Sir I made the below mentioned complaint yesterday early morning but no positive reply has been received uptill. I want your goodself to intervene in the matter for relief: On 3rd May, 2014, I went to your Shop No.15, Lajpat Nagar Cobb Apparel’s showroom to buy NEW BRANDED APPARELS. There was scheme buy two get two free and pay the prices of any two apparels of highest value with the promises by billing desk executive if there would be any defect / undervaluation the product will be exchanged with the same amount. I bought vide Cash Memo No.3434 0001096, product of Rs.3,000/- plus Rs.60/- as alteration charges. Without our prior consent, which he immediately charged on the bill and deducted the same from my card. The highest two apparels of which one was valued at 1599/- (Trouser) and the other was valued at 1399/- (shirt), I have to pay prices for above two products and I ccould buy the other two of valuing less than 1399/- so that I need not to pay the extra amount. But all the things went against business ethics and your product vendor did a trade malpractice by not saying that you can take the products upto the range of Rs.1399/- which was priced the least of two so that I have not to pay any more amount besides that. This was first cheating. The next big shock that was yet to be met was that they were selling used products on showing new products while enforcing alterations on the most valued product i.e. Trousers of Rs.1599/- On 10th May, 2014, when pointing out these lacunae to Billing desk executive, he was not only keeping continued misbehaviour but also of adamant that there was no fault on it. We showed his new branded trouser to the billing desk gentleman he at once hurriedly yelled and said you had washed the trouser. It was really a shocking for us. That means he himself agreed to the product was used one that’s why he forced us to make alteration on it at the time of purchase. Also this trouser was tagged with a twine rather than contemporary day tagging which cannot be opened for use or wear in any case without un-tagging that technological tag. Also the trouser was of sub-standard material. It can be possible during the time of alterations they had done this mischievous act. Also he was kept as said “we have to fulfil the target”. So in the name of completing target and only earning money, can you cheat upon the customers? Also the trouser was spotted with blot and stain at many places and the fabric was also looking of sub-standard quality. He asked us to wash the fresh branded piece and bring back we would see if there would remain any spot or stain on it. Amazingly, he was just joking and laughing on saying that. 2. Secondly, as mentioned above, he sold under-valued product by charging full money. And on 10th May, 2014 when we told him that it was misfit and undervalued product and we want exchange of this which he promised us to exchange he immediately told us that if you buy product above the r

We want you to interfere in the matter and resolve the problem by refunding of : 1. Rs.340/- extra charged my hard-earned money vide Cash Memo No.3434 0001342 dated 10th May, 2014, and 2. Replacement of new branded trouser with this sub-standard trouser or return the requisite my hard-earned money. So in the name of justice and fair business, please do the needful at the earliest and try to refund my hard earned money or replace the product with fresh valued standard branded trouser as they cannot cheat upon us like this. Regards,
