I have booked online ticket from Redbus.in on yesterday 12-05-2014 on 5.03PM and some circumstances i have to cancel the ticket and i called on 079-39412xxx this number at 1.30 PM on 13-05-2014 for cancel my ticket and they told me to you did not receive a single amount for that.

As a Customer they have to give some amount to me after deducted some service charge.
