Tata Indicom – delay in device activating poor response

purchased a tata photon Max with MEID # A00000490FA3D7 from Univercell Bhandup sometime in the month of Feb 14. Till date my device is not activated despite submitting documents for 3 times. Now both the Univercell Bhandup, Mumbai manager Nagesh (mobile no. 09220 488824) and Tata photon guy – Mahendra (mobile no. 08655181828) have started ignoring all our calls with no avail. This is the most pathetic service i have ever seen. We feel frustrated and cheated as they shouldn’t have charged money pESN is 80B83FDD S/N – K4SBYA9383002875 While trying to raise complaint online it requires the type of service and product which doesn’t show any option and hence we can’t raise a complaint to the company either.

We want the service to start, an apology from Tata Photon and Univercell as well as material fine for them to realise the mistake and they don’t do it to others.
