Please Note: I have chosen makemytrip because REDBUS is not shown as a brand & the complaint was not getting registered without brand name. I had booked a bus through Redbus.in on 30/12/13. Ticket no: TFDS93743989, PNR no: MIM5591-1057665. The departure time of this bus was 10:45pm, I reached the Gujarat Travels Office at 10:34pm. The person sitting on counter informed that the bus has already left at 10:30pm. When i showed him my ticket he rudely told that he cannot do anything as the bus has left. I asked him if the departure time mentioned on the ticket is 10:45pm why did the bus leave before departure time. To which he said the time mentioned on ticket is wrong. His behavior was very rude throughout. I asked for a complaint register to register my complaint, he denied. I tried calling Redbus number in ahmedabad, it kept on ringing and no one picked up. Left with no other choice, I started calling Police Control Room and got connected at 10:42pm. They heard my complaint and sent a constable. While i was waiting for Police, I called Redbus on their Mumbai number and spoke to Sukantu. Sukantu heard my entire ordeal and said that someone from Ahmedabad office will call back. No one has called me till date from Redbus. After Police reached I explained the details to them and asked to register a complaint. After this some person from Gujarat Travels started calling and asked me to pay auto fare and board the bus from Paldi (around 10km away from my Boarding Point). I told him that I am in Police Station and can now board the bus only after I register my complaint. The police team asked the Gujarat Travels person to come to Police station, we waited till 12:10am, but they did not come to Police Station. Then Police asked to give a written account of my ordeal.

I want them charged for the bad behavior towards me. I want them to pay for ticket and my hotel expenses. I want them to be fined for this behavior. This fine amount can be donated to any charitable institution.
