Some days ago My Charger was not working..I saw some spark while charging.. And it wasn’t able to charge my phone..Then i went to GURUKUL Technology Behind Bhajanpura Delhi -94..As it was the only service centre which is nearer in east delhi. They said ..yes it is fully dead..we will replace it for you and gave a date to collect the new one. Submission of faulty Charger- 21Sep 2013, 3:25PM Expected Delivery Date Given- 30 Sep 2013 Workholder Number- LIN139j2911348 Still Nothing Has happend. Today is 14 October 2013 They are saying we haven’t Received From Lava Office. They (Service centre people) Keeps on saying that Products are not coming from back office. And from Some Days They Are disconnecting Calls and sometime Switched off their mobiles. This Kind of service not at all acceptable And i am so Frustrated as i am charging my phone through Data Cable via PC.

want to just make sure that they dont do this behavior next time..and don’t try to think that they are smarter then consumers.
