Samsung AC – problem of insufficient cooling

COMPLAINT regarding Window AC no. “AC AW 183WBETL SAMSUNG” Chasis 300306; Purchased on April 1, 2010” Dear Sir, 1. There was a problem of insufficient cooling with the AC 2. On September 3, 2013 I logged a complaint regarding this. There was a paid visit from Samsung on September 4, 2013. However, after the visit I was not told any specific reason of this Problem. Instead I was told that I will be receiving a report/ mail mentioning the reason for the same. I never received any email from Samsung. 3. After numerous follow-ups over phone and emails my AC was taken for repair on September 14, 2013 at 1705 hrs. After that, within half an hour at (1732 hrs) I receive a call from SC regarding the problem with my AC. From my home, travelling distance to your SC in Rajiv Gandhi Nagar, by car is at-least 30 minutes. It is impossible that my AC has reached from my home to SC and had been examined as well. During the 1732 hrs. call I was told that that the condenser of my AC is leaked and I will be charged Rs. 2650 for the repair. Again I received a call at 1750 hrs. In this call I was told that that the condenser of my AC is leaked and I will be charged Rs. 3500 for repair and gas filling. Again I received a call at 1806 hrs. In this call I was told that that the condenser & compressor of my AC is leaked and I will be charged Rs. 4500 for repair and gas filling. 4. Later again Samsung told that the compressor is failed and now they are asking more than Rs. 6000 approx for handing over my AC. Compressor is still under warrantee. 5. I have been harassed on purpose by everyone from Samsung. It is becoming difficult for me to bear any further pain & this mental harassment.I am being treated as an illiterate fool who doesn’t know how things work. Around 40 days have passed since my first complaint. 6. Samsung is trying to make money by purposely damaging my AC. 7. I have sent more 14 reminders to the Samsung in writing and numerous calls but fail to get the services of which I was promised during purchase of goods. 8. Even after my several request, Samsung is not providing me the communication details of their legal team for allowing me to take necessary Legal action.

. I demand that my AC be repaired serviced and installed back immediately 2. Samsung should take the responsibly of AC’s good working/service in future. 3. All the repair service and installation charges must be borne by Samsung, as a compensation for deliberate inconvenience given to me & my family (for past 2 weeks), and for the continued mental harassment.
