Dear sir, I am Anit Kumar Dutta, i have downloaded myjio app and generate bar code to get jio sim through my 4g phone Lenovo vide K5 after verifying my aadhar number but when i visited my nearest reliance digital store at Madhyamgram Chowmatha to get my sim, the representative are saying that the bar code (55533243682) has already redeemed by other person. My question is that how the bar code generated by me after providing my aadhar number is can be redeemed by other person as all the infomation is mine even it generated by my phone having imei number. There must be fault in Reliance myjio side and system process is not so strong due to system fault i am unable to get jio sim. You are requested to resolve the matter as earliest possible.
