The Vendor has not provide replacement of the non working device under warranty

This device is used as a substitute of an convential EPBAX for telephone communication within an office and to received calls from outside an office. Hence we could not wait and had to buy an new device at our cost and replace the same the customer end. The bad device was sent to for replacement to the service center as per advice by ANK Technologies , but till date we have not got a replacement

Ank technologies need to return the cost of the purchased, rupees seventeen thousand approx
