bought my haltway connection year back(smart card no. 000057250086) but around last 8 month due to my personal reason I stop using it and inform my cable opreator for the same. Now when I went to cable opreator for reconnection he want whole 8 month charges for reconnection. In this manner i mail to haltway support mail id two time(16-Oct-2013 and 18-Oct_2013) and they said every time your problem reslove with 24 hour and inform you after resolve but i did not get any response from their side.
