Hans Hyundai- dealy to delivery false promises

I went to Charu Motors Pvt Ltd, GTB Nagar , Kingsway Camp, Delhi (Hans Hyundai) in the month of March to book a car because of my brother’s marriage, as me and my wife decided to gift him a car. His marriage date was 4th of May so we specifically asked the delivery date of the car and we were assured that it will be delivered in the month of April only. While booking this car my wife confirmed it couple of times the date of delivery because there will not be any use If it’s not delivered before 4th of May but as promised by them It will be delivered in April only. At the end of April I called them to know the date when should I come to pick up the car but I was told that It has been delayed so It will be in the first week of May, At that time I still had hope that they will give me the car before 4th of May when I spoke to them on 2nd of May I was told you will not get it before 15th May. I am not happy with way I am being dealt at the showroom, people were calling me to buy car one month before now they are hiding their faces when I am visiting the store, One day at store when I Insisted sales person a lot then he gave me a contact number to make complaint but when I called that person he was working at same store as a team leader. Even he did not do anything and did not get back to me as promised. Dream of buying this car has become nightmare for me as me and my wife have to take off from office, We are being scolded by our parents almost every day, My wife fell sick, I did not Imagine that It would be that much hassle for us. Purpose of buying car is now vanished and apart from that we still haven’t got confirmed date when It will be delivered. Dear sir my wife is heart patient and now she is in depression, I am totally lost and thinking what to do what not to do, First experience of buying car from authorized dealers has become really worse. I was advised by my colleges in office to contact you guys before I go to consumer court as people sitting at higher level have authority to get this resolved ASAP.
