Onida AC – refusing to replace or repair the compressor

Please Note – I have selected Onida as Option of O’General was not available I bought a O’General split AC in 2012. My AC is not working and I complaint to O’General’s Service centre. Their engineer came and told that Compressor is faulty and need to be replaced. I was told that Compressor comes with 5 Years warrentee. OGeneral Service team is refusing to replace or repair the compressor under wannentee. they asking to pay me accusing me that your compressor is damaged while they are the only one who opened the AC for the first time.

I just want My AC’s Compressor should be replaced / repair with out any charge as compressor is under warrentee.
