Dear Concerned, With deep regrets, wish to inform that I booked a shipment of 9 Boxes from Bengaluru to Delhi via Bluedart AWB No. # 50285308625 on 21st September 2014. I am attaching the exact status of my shipment as of today. I have been mentally harassed from your services. On 16th October (after almost a month), after a long follow up from your so called Customer Care, I received my shipment. But, was shocked to receive 8 Boxes against booking of 9 Boxes. On inquiring your Customer Care several times, was told that my 1 Box is still missing and investigations are being conducted to retrieve the same. I am not getting any positive responses from Bluedart Bengaluru Branch (Contact No. # 07676767614).

Everytime, I am conveyed that we are searching for the same and will be delivered as early as possible. Just for your information, I am also working in the corporate industry and our prime focus has always been CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. But, this type of HARASSMENT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR ANY GOOD REASONS. I am CHEATED and HARASSED by BLUEDART. This is sheer ridiculous on the part of your esteemed organization. There are lots of Valuables which had been packed with that 9th Box. Since then, I have been regularly following up with Bluedart Customer Care but in vain. It has been more than a month now that have been following up but still they need time to trace it. It seems that Bluedart is not willing to resolve this issue. With lots of hope, I am writing this to you, if you can help me retrieve my 9th box. Thanking you, Gireesh
