Harassing by Amazon Associates for Prime Customer on Faulty Mobile

I am a prime customer of Amazon. I have purchased an Samsung M31 phone from Amazon on 08/08/2020 (Order No- 408-10653879116311). The phone reach to me on 11/08/2020. After receiving the phone I found that the phones touch screen is totally not working. I called Amazon for replacement. Service Engineer visited for inspection the phone on 13/08/20 at 10.40 a.m. After that I called Amazon on 13/08/20 at 6-6.30 p.m. Amazon ordered for Replacement of the Phone. The Touch Screen of the Phone is completely not working. Anything can not be done from screen.

Yesterday delivery boy visited & rejected the order & dont pick up the phone. He was saying *#06# have to dial from phone for generating IMEI Number. But the touchscreen of the phone was faulty. I applied replacement & Service Engineer visited & amazon approve replacement only for that reason. How it should be dial?

After that Amazon approved for return the product. But today at 11-11.30 am. another delivery boy again rejected the pickup for the same reason. He was suggesting to mail their warehouse from Amazon Customer Service with mentioning the matter that the IMEI number can not be generated from the phone. They are not accepting the IMEI Number from phones backside or the box. Though two are same. The Imei number also matched with the Invoice. Even after the delivery boy rejected the order.

Now your Customer service Executive & Technical Executive said me at phone that Monday the pickup of the phone will be successful.

But the status of the phone has not changed. The phones touchscreen is still not working, The IMEI number will also not generate from the phone monday . If clear message about the phones condition not send by you to Dunkuni Warehouse, The pickup should also canceled from delivery boy on Monday. Please do something. I am sending the photo of Phone , Box, Invoice attached with this mail.

I am harassing from 5 days with the issue. If you can’t solve the problem immidiatly I should withdraw my prime membership & shall not purchase any item from Amazon.
