Our Housing Society Office Bearers/Committee Members, Have still not granted us Membership in the society, though all formalities completed and no dues pending on our Behalf. But still they been Harassing us and Demanding Money from us for no reason Since 2003 nearly 10 Years of HARASSMENT, and have always taken advantage of their post, and misuse their powers.. We are so fed up and tired by the harassment and illegal demands by the societies office bearers. That we have decided to take legal Action against them..
AS SUCH HARASSMENT AND GOONDA RAJ HAS TO STOP..
Theses Committee Members are not even ready to obey and order given by CIDCO Ltd, and also An order given by the JOINT REGISTRAR Of COPERATIVE HOUSING SOCIETIES CIDCO Ltd. To make us members of the society. As they think they are above the Law.
Recently theses Committee Members decided to give every member their Share Certificate.[after nearly 17 years]. However when I went to collect my Share Certificate the New Secretary Demanded Two lakhs from me for the same. And when I asked for what, “he said this is an Order given by D D Kolte”. [The former Chairman who Ruled and Dominated our society for nearly 16 Years, who made illegal demands from us, who made a mess of the society accounts, who wasted the society funds to build illegal structures, who is from a political party, who was our ward in charge, who calls him self a social worker, etc such kind of people have come forward to lead us and our Society.]
These Committee Members went to such heights that they even wrote to the NMMC to disconnect our Water Supply. Since we demanded an explanation for the amount they keep demanding. And have deprived us of our Legal rights as Members.

My Family and i have decided not to give up and not to Given to their illegal demands and to fight against corruption and such Dishonest, Greedy and Corrupt people in our Society..

Action followed by fruitful results will be shared with all the member with a hope to increase their confidence level in our legal machinery and to pass a good message that.
NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW.
What does a common man do to get Justice.???
