Airtel Poorest Customer Care / Service

My internet is not working since one month. I had been complaining about this n called at least 15 times n asked for technical help but in vain. My internet connection is still down. Besides this airtel is deducting my balance without any reason..! The guys who are attending my calls are not at all responsive & are unable to fix this issue. I will change my connection Vodafone if airtel wont reimburse my lost money and guarantee me that it wont happen in future..!

Mobile Balance Deduction
Hello sir, vicky here. Last night i had recharge with ₹100 on my airtel no which is 7259448196 through online but i dint get any balance on my no and my balance got deduct from my SBI account..please do some needful. Thank you!
