This is regarding loan against your Royalclub Membership, as i got call from one of your staff Deepak Mehra in the month of dec. offer me a loan from your company amounting 10 lac.against one year advance 1 lac instalment and then after EMI starts from Jan 2015, Please let me know what is Happening in your company, i have paid 346298/= INR, first i send 1lack, then they ask me to send TDS money which was 71300/= then they ask me that we have to buy token of 49998/= then they ask me agent commission of 25000/= then they said that all your previous plan have been cancelled and what you have Paid you get refunded, and again i have to pay one years instalment for the new plan, it is very surprising that each and every time ask them to send me some kind of documents proccessed under my name, but till today i have not recieved anyhting, and they say your file is completed and by 48 hours your amount will be credited in your a/c. infact deepak Mehra gave me trasaction No. i findout that also not incorrect, as i have checked in bank but no transaction done. Can you please clear my all these transaction as i have done all the transaction under ROYAL CLUB, This is to inform you that please take this matter seriously, as i am going to file the case for this matter,now its your lookout to find out what is happening between your peoples, this all things is going to give you big problem, so please solve this problem emicabely, as i have all legal transaction with ROYAL CLUB, and for the records i have all the correspondence recording for each and every body’s name and nos. I Believe as a reputate company please let me know if anything from your side can be done or Royal Club Itself is a Fraud, then i have no other option to take a legal action against this issue. wait for your prompt reply.
