I am holding a Unit Oak-502 in Paramount Group, project ” Golf Foreste ).This is to escalate and bring my grievance for insult & mental harassment caused to me by your employee’s Miss Bharti and for complaining for her manipulation of documents & carelessness towards by Flat Oak-502 with Golf Foreste, she communicated she will ensure my flat gets cancelled.
Following is the case history :
1. I booked Ook-502 in Golf Foreste in Sep-2011 in a plan where i was expected to pay 40 % of total amount based on approval for environment, start of construction for 2 floor.
2. I was in touch with the consultant who was instrumental in introducing me to PARAMOUNT FAMILY. He insisted on the brand value, prestige & integrity of Paramount management and i was lured to invest my hard earned money i.e. one lakh rupees with Paramount Group.
3. There was a huge delay during 2012 when paramount has not started the construction. I had my doubts and was worried but your staff at Noida confirmed, Construction will start and i will get all benefit.
4. In mar-12, I was informed that possibilities of getting all clearances have begin.
5. I got in touch with HDFC for financing however there was a issue with HDFC and financing was delayed. In the meantime i was in communication with your employees to get the status and i was told that some interest i might have to pay if i delay more than a year.
6. My mother had a By pass surgery and was critical which was absolutely unavoidable which deviated my attention from this task.
7. I was contacted by your employees recently whom i explained the reason , also i explained why financing is a hessle, so they offered me a alternative to surrender Co- Applicant, and it will take care of my financing. i promised to get it done, following which i mailed to your staff the format needed for getting this task achieved. However, your staff refused to conversate as i was told Miss Bharti is the only one who will deal with it and she is on holidays. However i continued my follow up, inspite of all refuslas to get connected. At last , last week i got a call from your staff to come and get the process going. I gathered all my documents and visited your office on 30 Nov 2013.
8. To my astonishment, Miss Bharti was very arrogant and inspite of inviting us, claimed defects in document and on us reverting her, she mentioned, she will ensure Flat Gets cancelled.
9. On we requesting your senior staff to walk in, they also maintain that they will try to stop cancellation and for Miss Bharti insulting us, they claim sorry shall suffice. In their opinion she is genrally cool minded may be her Mood Swings lead her to insult customer. We are expected to accept apology.
Now, on my further follow ups, i feel being more harrased as none of your staff bothers to either help us or even care for Loyalty we had with Paramount. In their opinion, Paramount is a big group and if we are insulted or unfairly treated it wont affect Paramount in any form.
The only course of action left with me is file a legal case for , Insult causing to mental harrasment and claiming my legal right on timely investment i made for Paramount.
You are my lost hope, as I am confident such a big group has better integrity and will save my rights and also bring justice to me as a customer. Also will take appropriate action on ill behaviour of your staff. Waiting for your reply.
