Reliance is harrasing us for billing issue(By calling on Phone, sending SMS and sending email for dues) even it is settled by Lok Adalat on 30Jun2013 in Pune Court, I am having the receipt of same and duly signed by the court for reliance ref “BAN NO 1000001150?61326”. Following the facts 1) I have used the reliance broad band more than 3 years and never was a payment defaulter. 2) Since 5thJanuary2013 there is no service in the Gulmohar City, Kharadi and it is registered in their system, know facts to company and acknowledged by Reliance representative in the Lok Adalat dtd.30Jun2013 infront of court. 3) All the resident of society received the bill for the full month of Jan2013 even for Feb2013. 4) Almost all the resident requested them to give the bill till the services was their i.e.5Jan2013 but in vain. 5) Since I have received the Jan2013 I have requested them to generate the bill till services was their (i.e.till 5Jan2013) but in vain instead got the bill for Feb2013. 6) So many communication happended but in vain. 7) Got the call on phone stating that calling from Legal Deptt with the wording “AAP PAISA KAB DE RAHE HO” …. the type of language was very offended for me. I repied all their email and wrote them many time but in vain. still the harassment continue… 8) In the month of June2013 almost daily I was getting the SMS to pay or else be present in the court, this was really a big harrasment for me. 9) on 30June2013 I went to court and narrated my issue in front of court and they asked me to pay Rs.490/- and given the receipt duly singed by court. 10) This month again I have received the bill again after deducting the Rs.490/- this is height of harrasment by reliance. Request you to please help me from this harrassment and penalise them for harrassig the common men for their fault and know facts. I am not alone other people also harrassed by Reliance for their fault. If required I can give you details those people. The penality as much as possible so that they never dare to harrass common man for their fault.
