i booked online bus tickets for me and my wife for myself and wife on 30 Nov 09 at http://59.90.202.242/Admin/OnlineTicket.aspx. the payment was successful by my icici bank debit card but the ticket was not successful.

i approached my bank to charge back the amount of Rs1040/- in my account, but they asked me to approach RSRTC. i wrote an application to RSRTC but they said, “approach your bank”.

Now it has been 3 months and i am moving between bank and rsrtc office but they are not ready to return the wrongly deducted amount of Rs1040/- to me.

Now how to get that amount back?
