I have been asking for a detail about the false charge from the hdfc bank on my card but rather then looking over the concern they were irrelevantly replying with the facts of last year and still pilling on the amount over amount and still not replying with relevance. The issue started with the amount of 17k but now its reaching the sky. Please help.
