Dear Sir/ Madam,

This has reference to my earlier communication with HDFC wherein it was informed that I was jobless from May’09 to mid Sept’09 on account of an insurgency where 7 people were killed in Assam, where I was located, which occured in my earlier orgainsation, viz Vinay Cements Ltd.

I also thanked their esteemed organisation for your support after getting a job end Sept’09.

Here it would be pertinent to mention that on account of my position I had to negotiate drastically on my salary for which it is extremely becoming difficult for me to pay the payments.

However, since Sept-Oct’09 I have been regularly paying at the rate of Rs.4,000-4,500/- per month.

I had also requested to make a settlement to the tune of Rs.50,000/- to enable me to pay the same in a period of 10-12 months as it is becoming extremely difficult to meet both ends.

However, since yesterday I have been receiving threatening calls from an agent of HDFC (No:03344053619), threatening with dire consequences. Here it would be relevant to mention that I have already made a payment of Rs.4,500/- on 8th March’2010.

As I am away from home I am scared this might eventually lead to some harassement to my family.
