Inspite of a regular follow up being done with the customer care centre of Whirlpool, Haridwar- we have not got the service done. The complaint is under process for the last 45 + days. Now they have even stopped taking our phone calls from our mobile numbers, therefore we had to call from other numbers.

Numerous fake promises were made, but bo responsible action has been taken so far. Fake stories were cooked like- database is lost at Diwali, rude answers were given, when asked for the complaint number they turned us down by saying they dont have the same.

this has brought enough harrassment, wastage of time, efforts, energy and money. not only this, it has put us under stress.

looking foward for speedy action against Whirlpool customer care center Haridwar and Mr. Kirty
