I wanted to come on record after bearing this nonsense for a long time: At the onset would like to know if anyone has ever used Tikona Broadband Services. I tried their service for one year and was not happy with the same. Poor connectivity and bad service. Subsequently I sent them notice to disconnect the service and refund my money after six months. I did not get any response for the response. So I thought might as well continue the same till the year ends and then discontinue. Inspite of my continuance emails to them to discontinue after one year, I get an email from their accounts department to pay for additonaly 1 year as the service has gone into auto-renewal, I was quite shocked and sent them coupke of emails stating that I am no longer using the service so would not be ppaying this advance. I though the matter would end here, but no. Now the company TIKONA has resorted to extorntion techniques. I am getting threatneing calls, and even my family is being harrassed. They say they will confiscate my passport, my driving license. My credit rating under cibil will be affected as they are now filing a legal case not non-payment. Yesterday I get a call from a lady saying she is from Tees Hazaari Court in Delhi and my case has been regsitered and I have to come to Delhi to appear in the court. This is absolutely uncalled for.

My intention of sharing this here is two fold: 1. If someone can help resolve this issue, as eventhough I ma not laible to pay, and being harassed, I do not want these phone calls to continue. What steps can I take. 2.
