I joined this school on 13.05.13 and worked up to 20.11.13. During this period she has paid me salary for the months of May and June,13+Rs.10,000/-in October,13 just to console me. She has not paid me salary from July,13 to October,13. The rate of my salary is Rs.25,000/-p.m.

I want that she should release my salary amounting to Rs.1,00,000/-(Rs.One lakh)with compensation for causing me unwarranted stress and strain and mental duress. Its a cruelty especially to deal with senior citizens. I am a National award Teacher. I have to incur heavy amount on petrol and maintenance of my nine years old car to commute a distance of 50 k.m. everyday. I have to go on all the six days of the week.
