I BUYED A DELL VOSTRO 1014 LAPTOP FROM ARYANEEL COMPUTER SYSTEM,NAGPUR BUT AFTER PURCHASE ONE OF ITS HARWARE STOPPED WORKING.I AM A STUDENT STUDING IN JODHPUR SO I CAN’T GO TO NAGPUR.THE DELL RESOURCE CD WHICH COME ALONG WITH DOES NOT CONTAIN DRIVERS OF THE LAPTOP.
THE HARDWARE WHICH STOPPED WORKING IS INTEL (R) ICH9M/M-E 2 PORT SERIAL ATA STORAGE CONTROLLER. IT IS SHOWING ERROR CODE 10 THAT HARDWARE COULD NOT START
